Barry Dean has over 40 years experience in the Meat Industry and uses this valuable knowledge to train people in butchery craft skills using both a friendly group and one-to-one approach.
Consultancy Profile
I provide bespoke training to a wide range of clients in the farming and meat supply industries and with a very large successful supermarket chain. I also provide my service Internationally and have recently completed contracts on Namibia, Malaysia, Czech Republic and Slovakia with ongoing work in China and Thailand.
