Food Smoking

To gain full benefit from Curing Bacon and Hams participants will be able to smoke their own products and offer these fine foods to their customers.

The Bradley Smoking unit will be demonstrated and used during this one-day course with the opportunity to purchase, these will be supplied direct from the manufacturers with full instructions.

Fish and other meats will be covered in the course that will have a theory content to ensure delegates have a full and complete understanding of how the process works and what can be achieved.
