Marketing your Meat Business - 1 Day

The 4 ‘P’s’ are an essential starting point for a potential meat retailer to formulate their Marketing Plan. On this course delegate will be able to practice the planning of a Marketing Strategy and analyse the potential markets they are hoping to break into. Putting together a promotion campaign and designing your own point of sale materials will also be covered. The course will also cover Public Relations and how to make theses work for the benefit of the business. For the potential of Farm Shops there will be shop layout and exploration of the ‘hot spot’ theory.
